Make tons of loot off NPC's...

Now that peace has broken out and my war plans are in disarray, now is the perfect time to begin farming the lvl 4-5 NPC's if you can swing the troops to do it. Currently I am attacking a lvl 4 once an hour and pulling out 300K gold, 300k+ everything else, and over a million food. In addition, my hero gets ~50k experience per attack. So far, I have experienced absolutely zero losses (except when I got greedy and sent some scouts on an attack...)

I even got a medal! (Courage)

To do this you need 600 or so ballista (this is probably overkill, but why not?) and a whole lot of transports. The city recovers so fast you will never drain the loyalty or permanently crush their defenses. So, dedicate the ballista and you have a very nice gravy train!

Good link. Seems some people think this guy uses too many ballistas according to his chart.

You guys should note, that this guy was doing it with Arch lvl 9 and hero with 130attack rating...

156 ballistas work on lvl 4 npc, with lvl 7 archery

Over reports 300 ballistas work on lvl 5 npc, and I think he has lvl 8 archery
